By accessing or using campushustle.ng (the “Website”), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

Campus Hustle Nigeria is a free, publicly accessible educational and informational blog. You may:

4. Intellectual property rights

We display advertisements to keep our content free. We use Google AdSense to serve ads; these ads are served by Google and are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

We also accept direct banner advertisements and sponsored articles from vetted brands. Sponsored or paid content is clearly labelled as “Sponsored”, “Advertisement” or “Paid Partnership”, and advertisers do not influence our editorial content. We do not accept advertisements for services we consider harmful to students, including predatory lending, fake scholarship agencies, gambling, adult content or services that make misleading claims. 7. Purchases, digital products and refunds

We sell a small number of digital products, such as our Scholarship Past Questions & Answers PDF. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; we never see or store your card details. After a successful payment your download starts automatically and we email you the same download link so you can download the file again later.

  • Digital products are licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute them.
  • Where a product page offers a money-back guarantee, email us within that period with your payment reference to request a refund.
  • If your download link does not work, contact us with your payment reference and we will resend it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that:

  • The Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
  • The content is always accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights. In summary, we use data to measure site traffic (Google Analytics), serve advertising (Google AdSense), deliver products you buy and remember your preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalised Google ads at Google Ads Settings.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not store payment card details: payments are processed by Paystack.
